The Type 2961 control valve consists of a manual actuator and a straight-seat valve body with replaceable seats made of high-quality stainless steel. Each straight-seat valve body can be equipped with up to 8 valve seat sizes and, in combination with parabolic cones, achieves the desired flow curve. The precise spindle guidance enables control even under demanding operating conditions. A soft seal made of PTFE or PEEK ensures a reliable seal. The actuator is made of high-quality plastic and is suitable for use in demanding environments. It has a visual position indicator and can optionally be equipped with stroke limitation and locking. The stuffing box uses proven roof sleeves and has spring compensation, which means that manual tightening is not necessary.
