The Type 8611 universal controller is ideal for the construction of compact control systems due to its compact design. It is compatible and tested with all Bürkert proportional valves and sensors and can be combined with any non-Bürkert control valve with standard signal (4–20 mA, 0–10 V or PWM output). The process controller with PI behavior is equipped with numerous additional functions. The process actual value can be connected to one of the three analog inputs of the universal controller as a standard signal (4–20 mA / 0–10 V), frequency signal or as a signal from a Pt100 resistance temperature sensor. The process setpoint can be specified via current or voltage standard signal or via the keyboard. Especially for temperature control tasks, it is possible to set up a cascade structure with subordinate flow control. The possibility of controlling proportional valves and process valves allows the most diverse control tasks in fluid technology to be realized for both liquid and gaseous media.
