The Type 3280 direct-acting motor valve is suitable for dosing liquids and gases in closed or open control loops. The valve is driven by a linear stepper motor. The integrated electronics make process integration much easier, and no additional control modules are required. The motor does not require any energy to hold a specific valve opening. This feature can drastically reduce the energy requirement of a system and thus make it more efficient. Type 3280 is available as a standard open/closing or proportional valve, as a variant with an integrated positioner, and as a variant with an integrated process controller.
